Valentines Mansion is located on the northeast edge of London within bucolic Valentines Park. It was built in 1696 for Lady Elizabeth Tillotson, niece of Oliver Cromwell and recently widowed wife of the then Archbishop of Canterbury. The mansion remained a private residence up until the death of its final occupant, Sarah Ingleby, in 1906.
