This magnificent castle in the charming South Downs town of Arundel (pronounced AH-run-del) has been the home of the Dukes of Norfolk since its original construction in the mid-1000's; it has been remodelled several times over the intervening centuries. Arundel Castle's current resident is Edward Fitzalan-Howard, the 18th Duke of Norfolk; he had responsibility for coordinating the funeral of Elizabeth II and the coronation of Charles III.
