Bentley Priory

On the northern edge of the Greater London area sits Bentley Priory, a stately home dating from the 1760's.  The residence of Dowager Queen Adelaide in the mid-1800's, it was used as the Royal Air Force command center during the WWII Battle of Britain in 1940.

V&A Photography Centre

The Victoria & Albert has just opened its revamped Photography Centre.  The V&A was the first museum to collect photographs, starting in 1852.
